- In the progress of the tourism industry, hotels play an important role in serving tourists visiting tourist destinations. Determination of hotel bookings that depend on reviews makes many management in hotels continue to strive to apply the principles of occupational health and safety. Due to the frequent occurrence of minor work accidents, management and workers do not realize that this is part of the work accident so that the concept of culture of discipline is not formed on the workers, if they do not carry out work health and safety.
