- This study aims to determine the effect of layout on operational performance through employee satisfaction at O2 Supermarket in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all O2 Self-service employees totaling 30 people. The research data were collected using a questionnaire technique as an instrument to prove the research results. The sample chosen was all employees with a total of 30 people. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant positive effect layout on employee satisfaction at O2 Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. 2) There is a positive and insignificant effect of layout on operational performance at O2 Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of employee satisfaction on operational performance at O2 Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. 4) There is a positive and significant effect of layout on operational performance through employee satisfaction at O2 Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru.Keywords : Layout, Operational Performance, Employee Satisfaction
