  • AbstractOne of the nutritional problems in Indonesia is the problem of nutrition in pregnancy. Nutrition of pregnant women is necessary for the fulfillment of his own maternal nutrition and the development of the fetus. Nutritional status is a state of the body of a person or group of people caused by the ingestion, absorption, and utilization of food nutrients. Nutritional status of pregnant women can be affected by socio-economic circumstances and state of health of pregnant women during pregnancy. The objective of this study the Correlation of age, Education level, Economic status, Work, and Macro nutrient intake With Nutritional Status of Pregnant Women in Papua and West Papua. Research Methods Data used secondary data Riskesdas 2007, with cross-sectional approach. The total number of samples of pregnant women aged 15-45 years were studied (n = 270). Analysis was using chi-square test, independent t-test and logistic regression. Based on the results, that the nutritional status of pregnant women KEK 32.2%, maternal age ≥20 years and ≤ 35 years of 71.1%, 71.5% lower education level, occupation housewife 73.3%, economic status high 55.6%, 2524.44 energy intake of calories, protein, 79.56 grams. The results of multivariate analysis using logistic regression showed that age, p value 0.032 OR 1.049 and p value <0.001 energy intake value OR 1,001. Conclusion The presence of maternal age correlation, and energy intake on nutritional status of pregnant women in the provinces of Papua and West Papua.Keywords: Nutritional status, age, macro nutrient intake. AbstrakSalah satu masalah gizi yang di hadapi di Indonesia adalah masalah gizi pada masa kehamilan. Gizi ibu hamil diperlukan untuk pemenuhan gizi ibu sendiri dan perkembangan janin yang dikandungnya. Status gizi merupakan keadaan tubuh seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang diakibatkan oleh konsumsi, penyerapan, dan penggunaan zat gizi makanan. Status gizi ibu hamil dapat dipengaruhi oleh keadaan sosial ekonomi dan keadaan kesehatan ibu hamil selama kehamilan. Tujuan Penelitian mengetahui hubungan usia, tingkat pendidikan, status ekonomi, pekerjaan, dan asupan zat gizi makro dengan status gizi ibu hamil di Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Metode Penelitian Data yang digunakan data sekunder Riskesdas 2007, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah seluruh sampel ibu hamil usia 15-45 tahun yang diteliti (n=270). Pengujian statistik menggunakan uji chi-square, uji t-test independent dan uji regresi logistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa status gizi ibu hamil KEK sebesar 32,2%, usia ibu hamil usia ≥20 dan ≤ 35 tahun 71,1%, tingkat pendidikan rendah 71,5%, pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga 73,3%, status ekonomi tinggi 55,6%, asupan energi 2524,44 kalori, protein 79,56 gram. Hasil analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa usia p value 0.032 nilai OR 1,049 dan asupan energi p value <0.001 nilai OR 1.001. Kesimpulan Adanya hubungan usia ibu hamil, dan asupan energi terhadap status gizi ibu hamil di Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Kata kunci : Status Gizi, Usia, Asupan zat gizi makro
