- Mass land appraisal conducted by Directorate of Land and Building Tax tend to be subjective and manual. In the framework of mass land appraisal, many researches build models. Unfortunately this models can not be implemented to the SIG PBB because there is no facility in the SIG PBB to integrate with the model. This research developed the SIG PBB by adding modelling module so that the built model an be implemented.
