- The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the predictive relationship of Information Systems Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Usefulness, and User Satisfaction in a mandatory information system (IS) use context. The relationship of the four variables is a model that describes the information systems success since from information production through its use or consumption to its influence. The study was conducted using structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis based on partial least squares applied to 66 usable questionnaires samples collected from the users of the Financial Information System in the Cimahi Local Government Agencies. The result showed that (1) increasing the Information System Quality will lead to increase Perceived Usefulness, (2) increasing the Information Quality will lead to increase Perceived Usefullness, (3) increasing the Information System Quality will lead to increase User Satisfaction, (4) increasing the Information Quality will lead to increase User Satisfaction, and (5) increasing Perceived Usefulness will lead to increase User Satisfaction.
