- This study aimed to investigate the influence of internal factors and external factors on the attitude of lecturers in using information technology as a learning tool. This study uses data collected through a survey on Lecturers State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Sampling method in this study using Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 19.00 with Multiple Regression Analysis Method. The independent variables are internal factors and external factors. While the dependent variable is the attitude of lecturers. The results showed that the internal factors and external factors simultaneously have significant effect on attitude of lecturers to use information technology as a learning tool. Internal factors partially affect attitude of lecturers in using technology as a learning tool. Partially external factors affect attitude of lecturers in using technology as a learning tool.
