  • Customer satisfaction is a factor that influences the business success of a company. Demand and continuous provision of hospitality services will lead to intense competition in the hospitality industry and a necessity for entrepreneurs and hospitality organizations to gain competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that product quality with sub-variables of performance, features, realibillity, conformance to spesification, serviceabillity, aesthetics does not have a significant partial effect on customersatisfaction. Hotel management in this case should pay attention to the factors that influence customer satisfaction. Keywords:Product Qualiy, Costumer Loyalty
