- Anemia Gizi Besi (AGB) merupakan salah satu dari empat masalah gizi utama di Indonesia yang harus mendapatkan perhatian dan penanggulangan secara serius dengan prevalensi 48,9 %. Kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kampar Utara tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 36,4 %. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara suplementasi tablet besi (Fe) dan kombinasi tablet besi (Fe) dan vitamin C terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia. Jenis penelitian penelitian Pre eksperimen design dengan pendekatan two group pretest-posttest design. Sampel diambil dengan tekhnik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 20 ibu hamil anemia diberikan suplementasi kombinasi besi dan vitamin C dan 20 ibu hamil anemia diberikan suplementasi besi. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Kampar Utara. Lama pengambilan data selama 1 bulan. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi dan Hb digital. Data diolah menggunakan komputerisasi SPSS, dengan analis data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji statistis Independent Sample T Test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh perubahan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil yang diberikan suplementasi kombinasi besi dan vitamin C lebih tinggi dari pada yang diberikan suplementasi besi dengan nilai mean 12,221 dan SD 0,7287 dibandingkan perubahan kadar ibu hamil yang diberi Fe dengan nilai mean 11,700 dan SD 0,4083. Hasil uji Independent Sample T Test didapatkan (ρ = 0,027) sehingga ada perbedaan rata-rata perubahan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil diberikan kombinasi tablet besi dan vitamin C dengan ibu hamil diberikan suplementasi tablet besi yaitu sebanyak 14 orang. Pemberian tablet besi dan vitamin C lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kadar Hb ibu hamil. Disarankan kepada bagi ibu hamil untuk meminum tablet Fe dan vitamin C sampai habis sesuai anjuran bidan.

Independent Sample T Test results were obtained (ρ = 0.027) so that the difference in average changes in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women were given iron and vitamin C tablets with pregnant women given iron tablet supplementation.
