- În condițiile crizei COVID-19, activitatea Organizației Mondiale a Sănătății devine un subiect prezent în disputele marilor centre de putere – SUA și China. De asemenea, rolul OMS devine un subiect de cercetare nu doar pentru virusologi, dar și pentru politologi, specialiștii din domeniul relațiilor internaționale. Prezentul articol are drept obiectiv reliefarea pozițiilor principalilor actori – SUA și China – cu referire la activitatea OMS. WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF MANAGEMENT OF THE COVID-19 CRISIS In the conditions of the COVID-19 crisis, the activity of the World Health Organization becomes a topic that is present in the disputes of the great centers of power: the USA and China. Also, the role of WHO is becoming a research topic not only for virologists, but also for political scientists, specialists in the field of international relations. This article aims to highlight the positions of the main actors – the USA and China – with reference to the work of WHO. ВСЕМИРНАЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЯ В КОНТЕКСТЕ КРИЗИСНОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ COVID-19 В условиях кризиса КОВИД-19 деятельность Всемирной организации здравоохранения становится предметом споров между такими центрами силы как США и Китай. Также роль ВОЗ становится темой исследований не только для вирусологов, но и для политологов, специалистов в области международных отношений. Целью данной статьи является освещение позиции основных действующих сил - США и Китая – применительно к деятельности ВОЗ. L'ORGANISATION MONDIALE DE LA SANTÉ EN CONTEXTE DE LA GESTION DE CRISE COVID-19 Dans les conditions de la crise du COVID-19, l'activité de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Santé devient un sujet présent dans les différends des grands centres de pouvoir - les États-Unis et la Chine. De plus, le rôle de l'OMS devient un sujet de recherche non seulement pour les virologues, mais aussi pour les politologues, spécialistes dans le domaine des relations internationales. Cet article vise à mettre en évidence les positions des principaux acteurs – États-Unis et Chine –en référence aux travaux de l'OMS.
