- The practical experience of using the method of FCA, which is adapted to the current conditions of the process of restructuring of the machine-building enterprise, is presented. It is shown that when the growth rates of management costs exceed the growth rates of production volumes and the level of quality of output, management systems become less efficient. At the same time, the structure of the economy remains largely costly, and no measures are taken to increase gross domestic product and resource conservation. With the purpose of solving the problem of conducting a scientifically justified process of restructuring machine-building production and creating a reliable against the cost mechanism of functioning of the enterprise itself, the experience of using FСA in improving the management system is considered. Using this method ensures cost-effectiveness, efficiency, high quality of operation and cultivation of the control unit while reducing its maintenance costs.
