- This article is based on the material of the previously published articles which were focused on the problems, that scientific schools have in their activity in Ukraine and it is devoted to the general analysis of the situation, that academic scientific schools are getting through at the beginning of the century. An attempt is made to systematize the reasons of the scientific crisis, that is extending, also the author makes an attempt to find possible ways out as well as to define the ways of making the situation less critical.
