- It is well known that personnel play a paramount role and is a key factor in the development of enterprises of any type of economic activity. In the construction sector, without the involvement of appropriate professional staffing, the construction process cannot be ensured. The problems of forming a highly efficient labor potential in construction are particularly noticeable in the current conditions of labor migration against the background of European integration, which is largely supplemented by domestic builders. The article substantiates the priority importance of personnel potential for the development of enterprises and their place in the construction process. The influence of indicators characterizing the costs of personnel and its number on the resulting indicators of the functioning of construction enterprises is calculated. Personnel play a primary role and is a key factor in the development of enterprises of any type of economic activity. In the construction sector, without the participation of appropriate professional staffing, it is impossible to ensure the construction process. The problems of the formation of a highly efficient labor resource potential in construction are especially perceptible in modern conditions of labor migration against the backdrop of European integration, to a large extent replenished by domestic builders. It is important to note the significant impact of staff remuneration on the efficiency of construction enterprises. This gives reason to assert the importance of stimulating workers in construction enterprises and to take these features into account in the context of forming strategic priorities for their development. Summarizing the results of dynamic balance cross-sectional regression, we note the significant impact of staff remuneration on the performance of construction companies. This makes it possible to assert the importance of stimulating the employees of construction enterprises and to consider these peculiarities in the context of the formation of strategic priorities for their development.
