In addition, world experience is a benchmark that shows what needs to be changed in legislation, business and government. Indeed, business today is able to take on a large part of the social burden (health care, infrastructure) that is entrusted to the state, and in exchange it must receive favorable conditions and transparent guarantees of stable and unimpeded development. The key to successful development of social enterprises in Ukraine is the development of national strategies for the development of social entrepreneurship, which would coordinate the efforts of all stakeholders – entrepreneurs, public organizations, donor structures and the state.
