  • Parkinson's disease is a chronic, progressive and degenerative central nervous system disorder of high prevalence among the elderly population, which may lead to loss of functionality and impairment of the patient's quality of life. Objective: The objective of the study was to evaluate the motor assessment (part III) of MDS-UPDRS by different evaluators considering the subjectivity of the perception of these professionals and to use a multimodal platform (SIDABI) with the function of storing the evaluation data and facilitating the analyze. Methods: Ten subjects with PD participated in the study. Part III (motor assessment) of MDS-UPDRS was applied by three physiotherapists before the consent of the patients. For storage and calculation of the score was used the multimodal platform called Integrated Biomedical Data System (SIDABI). The system has modules with different functions, one of which is the UPDRS that allows the application of MDS-UPDRS evaluation in digital form. For each evaluation the system generated a report, showing the patient's data, the location and date of the evaluation, the evaluator data and the evaluation score. For statistical analysis between the scores of each one of the evaluators, the Bland-Altman method was used. Results: The results showed Bland-Altman's agreement between the final scores in all comparisons among the evaluators. Conclusion: The use of the software facilitated the analysis of the data, demonstrating that it is a safe source of storage of the information collected with remote access in different places, which will allow the use of the data in future moments involving other researchers.
