- In the article, the method of the public-partner potential estimation of the territorial entity in the context of investments and innovations attraction based on public-private partnership is developed. This method involves the separation of evaluation components into direct (components of information infrastructure and organizational and functional provision of public-private partnership) and indirect (scientific and technological component, personnel component of investment and innovation development, economic and financial component), as well as a relevant set of indicators that allow obtaining integral estimates using a taxonomic method. The proposed method allows analysts to rank territorial entities by the level of their public-partner potential.
