  • In this case report we present a patient with double phytobezoar who hasn't had any abdominal operations before. He reported to the Emergency Surgical Department because of stomach pain and vomit. After plain abdominal x-ray and abdominal CT scan we performed an operation and removed two phytobezoars (in stomach and ileum). From data collected from the patient and by analysis of phytobezoar we found out that the cause of the phytobezoar was ingestion of fruit of a tree called Celtis australis. Postoperative course was uneventful.
