- The subject of the research is the introduction of modern information technologies into the activities of tourism enterprises. The purpose of the research is the efficiency of realization of communications of tourist enterprises with the help of modern information technologies. Research methods. The dialectical method of scientific knowledge, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative method, method of generalization of data are used in the work. Results of work. The article presents the advantages of implementing an online booking system for tourist businesses. The basic procedures of relations between different actors of the tourist market within the online booking system and the additional benefits are considered. The main tasks of the system of information support of tourist activity are outlined. Conclusions. The results of the study were the following conclusions. Use the potential of technology to change the internal and external communication flows of a tourism enterprise and significant outperform of competitors is a significant direction for its development in today's competitive environment.
