- Customer-focused solutions can transform entire industries depending on user acceptance. Smart homes can offer users a lot of convenience through automation. This automation also has direct risks. Attacks on smart homes (e.g. with ransomware) will rise steeply in the future. Product manufacturers, building services engineers and homeowners must be aware of this and take action.
