Previous records: Brazil — Bahia, Ceará, Maranhão, Mato Grosso (Ferla & Moraes, 2002) Paraíba, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo; Colombia; Nicaragua, Paraguay and Peru. Remarks: The measurements of 8 adult females collected are similar those given in the original description.
