- This is a "better poster" template. The poster describes a web application called FLAVi-Web. The application executes the "Fast Loci Annotation of Viruses" pipeline in parallel threads to annotate partial or complete genomes of the family Flaviviridae. This poster was presented at the Fall 2019 Master's Student Internship Presentation at the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
