- The subject of research – one of the modern tools for managing the efficiency of work at the enterprise – coaching, its content and functional essence, the place and role of coaching in improving the efficiency of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the importance of using coaching as an important factor and a tool for improving the efficiency of human resources management of the enterprise. Methodology of work – system–structural and comparative analysis (for forming the mechanism of effective management of human resources in the enterprise through the technology of coaching); monographic (in studying the problems of functioning of human capital in the enterprise and the possibilities of its motivation); historical (in the study of the genesis of the concept of coaching). The results of the work – proposed to use coaching as an innovative method combining various techniques and management techniques, as well as providing new opportunities for personnel development and affecting the performance of individual employees as well as enterprises in general. The interpretation of coaching as a category are given, shows its functions in the human resources management system. Areas of application of coaching are revealed: administrative coaching, business coaching and life coaching. The problems encountered by the enterprise when introducing this new method of personnel work are considered. The advantages of coaching as methods of work with human resources of the enterprise and the tool for ensuring their effective motivation are shown. Conclusions – Coaching is a powerful tool that allows you to achieve significant results in terms of improving staff performance, since it enables the employee to fully disclose their internal potential and use it in the interests of the company. Therefore, the use of coaching in the management of strategic development of the enterprise is an important factor in achieving the goals set.
