- The article deals with the processes of organization of effective production management that have a significant impact on the formation of an optimal structure of production management. The optimal management structure allows the enterprise to efficiently and expediently distribute and direct the efforts of its employees in the best way and thus satisfy the needs of clients and achieve their goals with high efficiency. Construction of a rational production structure of the enterprise is carried out by means of mechanisms of formation of the divisions of enterprises, their capacities, which ensure the output of products or services, the calculation of the area, the definition of the location of production in developing the master plan of the enterprise, planning internal and external communications. The perfection of the production structure depends on the decisions taken at the stage of its design, from spatial planning in the master plan. The production process is the main content of the enterprise and is a set of interrelated processes of work, as a result of which the source materials are converted into a finished product.
