  • Purpose: To present comparative results of the study, in determining which changes in the menstrual cycle dynamics, anatomical and morphological and functional indicators of the bone of the pelvis, depending on the sex somatotypes which include athletes adolescence, playing tennis. Material and methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature; anthropometry, pelviometry, questioning; methods of determining morphological index values, the method of mathematical statistics. Results: Data on identified individual somatic and reproductive changes in the dynamics of ovarian-menstrual cycle and anatomical and morphological and functional indicators of the bone of the pelvis, in the identified sexual somatic, in the medical-pedagogical observations in young athletes involved in tennis. Conclusions: According to the study, it was determined that in the study group, there are manifestations of not only sexual inversion somatotypes, but also numerous, often combined variants of disorders of ovarian-menstrual cycle and its dynamics. In addition, it has been reliably established that the overwhelming number of young tennis players have anatomical and morphological changes, both in proportions of sizes, shapes and types of pelvis. We believe that the revealed changes on the part of a number of indicators of the reproductive system, as well as anatomo-morphofunctional inversions in sexual somatotypes, are caused by adaptive changes in the athletes' bodies, which are directly related to the physical and psycho-emotional loads they experience when they engage in sports. The results indicate how the current problems in the health status of this group of athletes and strengthening medical control over them, as well as the revision of the coaching team of the individual modes when planning training-competitive algorithms in the micro, meso-and macrocycles.
