- Reserved Network Bandwidth refers to a technique of resource allocation for the purpose of distributed processing. This is a conceptual extension of the technique of managing processing within single computers. A computer needs to bus information around in such a way that the processor always has sufficient data in order to continue processing, or to deliver information to an interface with the required degree of continuity and completeness.
