ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ КОМУНІКАТИВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ВЧИТЕЛЯ

  • The article covers the application of the technological approach in modern scientific research, since it is optimal for the study of complex multidimensional objects, processes, and phenomena. It is noted that the technological approach is used when studying the issue of training specialists that requires a systemic review of vocational pedagogical activities, on the one hand, and content and process of teaching, on the other hand. Technology is considered as a theoretical and practical reproduction of a complex original on the basis of the community of structural components. The article proves that the pedagogical communicative competence of the future teacher is an integral quality of the individual, and, thus, it is subjectto a purposeful formation. The pedagogical communicative competence of the future teacher lies in his/her practical activities that are based on a high linguistic culture and universal ability to generate a variety of professionally oriented statements. The technology of formation of the pedagogical communicative competence is considered on the example of training the future teacher of elementary classes. It provides for the stage-by-stage implementation of interconnected blocks: orientation and targetsetting block, content and technology block, resource block, diagnostics and criteria block, and performance and correction block. Each of these was designed taking into account the main stages of preparing the future teacher of elementary classes for the implementation of pedagogically communicative activities. The orientation and target-setting block was intended to motivate the student to form the pedagogically communicative competence through understanding its essence and content. The content and technology block provided for the implementation of appropriate special courses by using optimal methods, forms and tools, allowed revealing ways for the formation of the pedagogical communicative competence. The resource block provided an opportunity to reveal the multifaceted competency to be formed and perform the integration of various disciplines. With the help of the diagnostics and criteria block, the estimation of the formation of the pedagogical communicative competence was determined. The performance and correction block allowed determining results of the technology implementation and making corrections to the developed blocks, in order to increase their efficiency.
