- Innovative Work Behavior is a very important part of a company. This study aims to determine the mediating role of Psychological Empowerment on the relationship between Person-Organizational Fit and Innovative Work Behavior (a case study at Sekolah Kristen Makedonia). The results of this study found that Person-Organization Fit had a positive and significant effect on the Psychological Empowerment, Person-Organization Fit has no significant effect on the Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the Innovative Work Behavio, the role of the Psychological Empowerment variable (Z) mediate variable that mediates the influence between the Person-Organization Fit variable (X) and the Innovative Work Behavior Variable (Y).Afsar, B., Badir, Y. and Khan, M.M.
