The research aimed at investigating the risk magnitudes of the first mating age, parity, smoking, hormonal contraception use, personal hygiene of genital organs, nutritional status, pap smears implementation on the cervical cancer incident on the long stay patients in Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Central General Hospital, Makassar. This was a case control study design research. The data analysis was conducted by the univariate, bivariate analyses with the Odds Ratio test, and multivariate analysis with the logistic regression test. The research result indicates that the women with the first mating age ≤ 18 years old are risky to suffer from the cervical cancer of 9.667 times compared with the first mating age of > 18 years (OR = 9.667, p = 0.000), the parity ≥ 3 risk of being risky to suffer from the cervical cancer of 10.317 times compared with the parity < 3 (OR = 10.317, p = 0.000), smoking is risky to suffer from the cervical cancer of 3.547 times compared with the non-smoking (OR = 3.547, p = 0.000), the hormonal contraceptive use of ≥ 4 years is risky to suffer from the cervical cancer of 3,147 times compared with using < 4 years (OR = 3.147; p = 0.000), the personal hygiene of genitalia organs is less risky of 6.143 times to suffer from the cervical cancer compared with the good personal hygiene (OR = 6.143, p = 0.000), the nutritional status is less risky of 20.277 of suffering from the cervical cancer compared with the good nutritional status (OR = 20.277; p = 0.000), and being irregular to carry out the pap smear is risky 3.985 times to suffer from the cervical cancer compared with the regular pap smear examination (OR = 3.985, p = 0.000).
