- Background: Internal marketing in hospitals plays an important role in explaining employees’ perceptions of organizational commitment and service quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of internal marketing and employee satisfaction on the performance of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang and Simpang Empat. Methode: This research was a descriptive quantitative approach to data collection techniques such as distributing questionnaires to the research subjects. Analyses of the data was done through the process of collecting data, analyzing data using appropriate statistical tools, and interpret the results of the analysis to the next so that the necessary conclusions can be drawn in answering the formulation of the problem. Result: Internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational performance. Conclusion: Internal marketing has been implemented quite well at RSI Ibnu Sina Padang and RSI Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat. There is a positive effect of internal marketing on employee job satisfaction.
