- The purpose of this study is to determine the relation between supervision of principals and achievement motivation to performance of State Primary School Teacher of all districts of South Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung. The research using descriptive quantitative method. Data obtained through the questionnaire and documentation, and then analyzed using correlation and regression techniques, both simple and double. The hypothesis testing is done by the product moment correlation and multiple correlations, which has previously been performed testing requirements analysis; those are normality and homogeneity test. The results of research show: 1) there is a positive and significant relation between the principal supervision to teachersâ€TM performance. 2) There is a positive and significant relation between achievement motivations to teachersâ€TM performance. 3) There is a positive and significant relation between supervision of principals and achievement motivation to teachersâ€TM performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja Sekolah Dasar Negeri Guru dari seluruh kabupaten Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi, sederhana dan ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda, yang sebelumnya telah melakukan pengujian persyaratan analisis, yaitu normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengawasan utama terhadap kinerja guru. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru
