  • This study aimed to describe the Library Management include: Planning, Procurement, Organizing, Supervision, Services, and Customer satisfaction. The study used a qualitative approach through direct observation in a reasonable situation (Natural setting). The study focuses on the library case SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is miles and huberman model The results showed: Planning work program Library omplied with the procedures, terms and legal certainty. Procurement of infrastructure and the need for fiscal in accordance with the work program set out in the Decree of the Head of School. Organizing meet the National Standard Junior High School Library but there are still shortcomings. Servants customized supervision standards. Library services meet the National Standard Junior High School library. Customer Satisfaction assumptions are met with National Standard Junior High School libraryPenelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan manajemen Perpustakaan meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan, dan pelayanan, Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengamatan langsung dalam situasi yang wajar. Penelitian memfokuskan kasus yang terjadi di Perpustakaan SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Perencanaan (program kerja) Perpustakaan memenuhi prosedur, syarat dan kepastian hukum. Pengadaan sarana prasarana dan kebutuhan sesuai dengan program kerja yang ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Kepala Saekolah. Pengorganisasian memenuhi standar Nasional Perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Pertama tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan. Pengawasan disesuaikan standar Pegawai Negeri. Pelayanan perpustakaan memenuhi Standar Nasional Perpustakaan sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terpenuhi.Kata kunci: perencanaan, pengadaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan, pelayanan
