  • Capital markets in addition to being alternatf as long-term financing, is also the financial investment. In investing in the stock market needed a good knowledge of the capital markets, including the effect on stock prices of financial ratios. The title of this paper is "The Effect Of Financial Ratios On Share Price Whole Sale and Retail Company Registered Trade In Indonesia Stock Exchange". The formulation of the problem in this study is comprised of financial ratios Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a relationship and influence simultaneously and partially on Stock in the company's Whole Sale and Retail Trade are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2008-2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze some financial ratios that consists of current ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and Earnings Per Share have relationships and influence either simultaneously or partially on the price of shares in Whole Sale and Retail Trade are listed on the Stock Securities Indonesia in 2008-2011. Type of data by its nature consists of quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data using secondary data is data obtained indirectly, but obtained in the form of ready-made that has been collected and recorded directly by the other party, in this case by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection method used is the method of documentation, which collects data by noting that existing documents of the institution or company, in this case obtained from the Indonesia stock exchange through the sites www.idx.co.id. The variables studied are Stock Prices dependent variable, while the independent variables consist of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and Earnings Per Share. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression, classical assumption test, F-test (F-test) for the simultaneous analysis and t test (t-test) for analysis partially
