- Capital markets in addition to being an alternative as long-term financing, is also the financial investment. In investing in the stock market needed a good knowledge of the capital markets, including the effect on stock prices of financial ratios. The title of this thesis is the Effect Of Financial Ratios Share Prices Registered In Banking Industry In Indonesia Stock Exchange. The formulation of the problem in this study is comprised of financial ratios Quick Ratio Ratio Investing Policy, Banking Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio and Cash Ratio ties and influence simultaneously and partially to the stock price on Banking Industry listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia in 2008-2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze some financial ratios that consists of Quick ratio, Ratio Investing Policy, Banking Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio and Cash Ratio ties and influence simultaneously and partially to the stock price on Banking Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on years 2008-2011. Type of data by its nature consists of quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data using secondary data is data obtained indirectly, but obtained in the form of ready-made that has been collected and recorded directly by the other party, in this case by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection method used is the method of documentation, which collects data by noting that existing documents of the institution or company, in this case obtained from the Indonesia stock exchange through the sites www.idx.co.id. The variables studied were the closing stock price (Closing Price) as of December 31 as the dependent variable, while the independent variables consist of Quick Ratio Ratio Investing Policy, Banking and Cash Ratio Ratio. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression, classical assumption test, F-test (F-test) for the simultaneous analysis and t test (t-test) for analysis partially. Based on the analysis of the results obtained by the regression equation Y = -4042.648 - 1594.930 X1 - X2 645.194 - 861.893 + 6338.959 X4 X5. F-test for testing linear regression derived F-count 2.837 magnitude greater than F-table 2.61, which means a significant effect (significant) between the dependent variable with the independent variables. Testing t-test of the regression results found that Quick Ratio Ratio Investing Policy, Banking and Loan to Assets Ratio does not affect significantly (significant) effect on stock prices. While the Cash Ratio has influence significantly (significantly) the dependent variable is the share price
