- The human resources planning is one of human resources activities element. The human resources is the actions that are taken and defended the effective manpower to organization(Henry Simamora, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, 1997) The scope of the human resources planning activity covers the human need in the future quality or quantity compare the human resources demand with the supply. This research discusses the model design that can do the resources calculation the forecast in the future so that can give the information quickly, exactly and accurate. The object is became for model design implementation from this research is PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II. The result of the ending task is the calculation of human resources need. It can use for system and other problem, by the rules of system or the problem defines output and input itself.
