  • The aim of the study is to analyze the effects of motivation achievement on the performance stage of chief of P4K group. The studi was carried out at Pemalang District, Central Java Province (2005) with 40 respondents selected randomly. The studi reveals that are positive relationships between:  motivation  achievemen t(x) on the performance stage of chief of P4K group () with correlation on  ry = 0.68 and.   The regression on      = 25,26 + 0,58 X.  According to the research  result that performance stage of P4K Group, be able to increase by increase motivation achievement. To increase the motivation achievement  by to develop the method of election chief  of P4K group, to maintain enthusiasm collective group, out side intervention by training, courses, extension, and to give reward to the chief of P4K group.
