- This study examined the influence of knowledge management’s infrastructure and process capabilities toward successful knowledge management program with Gold, et al’s model (2001). The differences between this research with Gold, et al. (2001) are item measures for successful knowledge management program using MAKE Awards criteria analyzing method was conducted with partial least squares. This research is a survey with existing knowledge management practitioners who joined in various knowledge management internet discussion forums. 500 questionnaires were sent to them via e-mail and an amount of 131 usable questionnaires, with a respons rate 26,2%. The result of this study revealed that knowledge management’s infrastructure and process has significant influence toward successful knowledge management program, which means that this research support Gold, et al. (2001). However, the interpretation of this study needs further confirmation, especially with the existing dimension of technology which has the smallest weight in infrastructure capabilities’s construct.
