- The objectives of the research are to analyse: (1) the influence of membership management on the contributive participations; and (2) the influence of membership management on the incentive participations. The method used for this research is hypothesis testing. The technique of data collecting used in this research are: 1) Questioner; 2) Interview; and 3) Documentation. Analysis Method used in this research is Method Path Analysis. The result of research conclude that: (1) The membership management has a significant impact on the contributive participations; (2) The membership management has a significant impact on the incentive participations.
