- This research is entitled Design and Application of Fingerprint Presence and Employee Payroll at Yogya Department Store. The purpose of this research is to make an application for the employee's attendance and payroll at Yogya department store so that the data and information obtained are accurate, fast and easy. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used is the Prototype method by using design tools in the form of DFD and ERD. Supporting software used in designing this application program is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and uses a MySQL database. With the Employee's Presence and Payroll Application, it is expected to assist officers in completing work, and can minimize the level of errors made by officers in processing employee attendance and payroll.
