Panda is a village information system that provides community service solutions and helps village governance in an accurate, fast and smart way. The panda.id website is a website that provides village website creation services. SEO optimization is really needed in optimizing websites to be better. Website will be optimal if implemented using Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which is done is to use the technique of On Page and Off Page. This study aims to make the panda.id website village website pages become google page one. On Page Optimization is done by optimizing title tags, meta description, meta keywords, img alt text optimization, URL optimization, adding internal links to the content. Off Page Optimization is done by creating backlinks. The results of this study succeeded in making the village website page on panda.id ranks 5 on page one of google which previously ranked 88.
