- The policy of converting kerosene to LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) causing the soaring demand for LPG gas especially LPG 3 kg subsidies. In accordance with Presidential Regulation No.104 / 2007 and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No.21 / 2007 concerning Provision, Distribution, and Pricing of 3 Kilogram Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders, that 3 kg LPG is only for poor households with incomes below Rp 1.5 million and Small and Micro Business activities. To facilitate the allocation of 3 kg lpg gas from the agen to the sub-agen so that the right target is needed a web-based decision support system with PHP and Mysql.The method used for this case study is Technique For Others Reference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) one of the multic Criteria decision making methods to determine the selection of LPG gas allocation from agen to sub agen according to criteria determined by the agen. The results of this research build a decision support system website for the selection of 3 kg lpg gas allocation by applying Other Reference Techniques with Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) Method.
