- The government has an important role in providing public services for all residents, one of which is implementing administrative services needed by the community. Karanggambas village government is the institution to carry out the data recording process. The constraints experienced are the changing format of the letter and the prone to the accuracy of recording the letter data that has been made. There are also residents outside the city who also need a village administrative letter by requiring these residents to go home and take care of it. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based village administration service system. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are in the form of a village administration service website that can help the community in submitting administrative letters and can be accessed by the public anytime anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet.
