  • The Office of Population and Civil Registry is the implementing element of the Regional Government in the field of Population and Civil Registration which is led by the Head of Service and is domiciled and responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. The Department of Population and Civil Registration has the task of carrying out the household affairs of the Regional Government and the task of assistance in the area of Population and Civil Registration. The population sector such as Family Card and Identity Card are very important documents in daily life, so it is not surprising that the process of managing Family Card and Identity Card documents is busy every day which makes management complicated, long and unsatisfactory. Crowds of people need to be balanced with services that are easy, effective and satisfying. In order to get the maximum service, it is necessary to use technology by making website-based applications that can be accessed anywhere and anytime without coming to the service office. This website-based service can be accessed via a computer or smartphone which will facilitate the Research Method used in this study is Waterfall. The results of the study are in the form of Online Service applications that have passed system testing using the blackbox method and the results are feasible to be applied to agencies and there are no errors or bugs.
