  • Shopee is a mobile application based e-commerce (online buying and selling), which is developing in Indonesia. As the largest mobile platform application in Indonesia, Shopee offers online buying and selling that is fun, free, and reliable via mobile. In implementing the Shope application users often encounter problems such as orders that have been sent but the Shopee system does not update the delivery location, but on the sending website has been updated. Therefore it is necessary to know the level of acceptance of Shopee information system users to explain which system is at what level from the user's side. The method used in this study is the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) method which is the standard in analyzing the level of user acceptance of information systems with tested variables, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention , and Use Behavior. Data analysis testing was conducted on 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variable that has the most significant influence value is the Behavioral Intention of 75.6% and the variable that has the least significance value is the Social Influence of 35.2%.
