  • Knowledge Management (KM) is a discipline that can enhance an organization's ability to learn from its environment and incorporate its knowledge into business processes. KUD Mino Saroyo realizes the importance of knowledge management, but there is no documentation yet to improve the culture of knowledge sharing, even for performance reporting still through direct meetings and meetings, for other information related to KUD still using whatsapps media to disseminate information, so there is no a special portal or system that supports the activity of knowledge sharing. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system that is able to manage every knowledge possessed by each individual in KUD Mino Saroyo, so that knowledge can be managed and spread evenly to every employee. To implement the system, of course, careful preparation is needed, so that the application of the system will not fail. Initial preparation is needed by looking at the situation in KUD Mino Saroyo, which measures the readiness of the business entity in making changes. The method used in this study is mapping with KMCSF. Measurements were made by classifying some critical success factor knowledge management (KMCSF) into aspects of knowedge management. The results of data analysis can be concluded that KM readiness has reached 77.74%. This figure shows that KUD Mino Saroyo Cilacap is at level 4, which means KUD Mino Saroyo Cilacap has the Receptive title. This shows that KUD Mino Saroyo is ready and established to implement a knowledge management system
