- STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto is one of the higher education institutions that has quite a solid lecture capacity. The procedure for borrowing a room that is used today is that students and lecturers first check the teaching party and submit a letter requesting a loan. There needs to be confirmation in advance because the submitted data cannot be confirmed immediately by the teaching party in the data stored in Microsoft Access and the notebook. Notification of confirmation that the borrowed room can be used is also an obstacle for students and lecturers because they have to go to the teaching party to ask for confirmation that the submitted data has been received or not. In addition, the absence of notification of loan space has ended, both for students and lecturers and teaching staff, which has caused delays in returning the room keys. The purpose of this study is to design and build a website-based application management and lending application with an integrated SMS gateway as a feature to provide notifications to users (students and lecturers) regarding the end of the loan process. The researcher in collecting data uses observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study techniques. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The testing method that is carried out is using blackbox and acceptance testing. The results of the blackbox test on the application show almost all the features are running well and according to the expectations of the author. Acceptance testing is in the form of a questionnaire using the Likert measurement scale with a sample of 30 respondents obtained 79% and classified as good criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the management and loan application of website-based rooms integrated with the SMS gateway is feasible to be applied in STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto.
