- The current rapid technological development has a positive impact on school learning, the need to apply IT-based learning media to create a more varied and effective learning atmosphere. One of them is learning with 3-dimensional animation themed animals so that children are interested in paying attention so they don't feel bored. The purpose of this study is to design and build a 3-dimensional animated film "Lutung Kasarung" as a medium of moral learning for the community. The multimedia development method applied by the researcher is the waterfall. The multimedia waterfall development methodology consists of three stages including the pre-production, production and post-production stages. Methods in collecting data in this study include literature studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study are a 3-dimensional animated film as a medium of moral learning for the community.
