- In the business competition in this modern era, many agencies or companies build planning in business, planning is a basic process of management in taking a decision and action. General Hospital of Bunda Purwokerto is one of company or institution which have utilize information technology in the form of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) which is used to perform billing system process. But in the utilization of information technology currently used in RSIA Budhi Asih Purwokerto, has not been made strategic planning to determine the strategic steps that will be done for the development and utilization of information technology going forward. Planning is done by Ward and Peppard method, by doing 4 analysis that is Internal and External Business Environment and Environmental analysis of Internal and External SI / IT, from the result of analysis which is done is result of application information system portfolio needed by RSU BundaPurwokerto.
