MANAJEMEN RISIKO SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT SIAGA MEDIKA BANYUMAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE ISO 31000

- The use of technology is very influential on companies such as the Siaga Medika Banyumas Hospital that has implemented technology in the form of Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS). The implementation cannot be separated from the possibility of risks that could hinder the process of running the company's activities. The purpose of this research is to help companies minimize and anticipate risks and provide solutions to the risks that occur. The method used in this study is ISO 31000 which has 5 stages namely communication and consultation, determining context, risk assessment (risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation), risk treatment, monitoring and review. Data collection methods in this research are literature study, observation, interview and documentation. The results achieved from this study in the form of documentation of risk found were identified 15 possible risks where there are 1 high risk level, 3 moderate risk level, and 11 low risk level that can be used as a reference to minimize and prevent risks that can hamper company performance .
