- Kabunderan Village Hall is a government agency located in Kabunderan Village, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java. Kabunderan Village Hall Office has the responsibility in managing the assets owned, especially the administrative staff where one of the tasks is to take care of inventory problems. Asset management in the inventory process in Kabunderan Village has been computerized but still uses Microsoft Excel which takes a lot of time and energy making it less effective and efficient. In addition, there are also some obstacles in the inventory process in Kabunderan Village, namely in terms of grouping inventory categories, searching inventory data and duplicating data. This study aims to produce an asset inventory application in Kabunderan Village to be able to assist in asset management so that it becomes more effective and efficient. The method used by researchers in making applications is the Extreme Programming method which consists of planning, designing, coding and testing. The results of testing using black box testing are in accordance with the test plan and specifications required. And the results of testing using user acceptance testing is that the application was successfully run and as expected, so it can be concluded that the asset inventory application can be used to assist village officials in the process of asset management in Kabunderan Village.
