  • Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Purbalingga is a Regional Government implementing element in the field of Population and Civil Registration which is headed by the Head of the Office and is located under and responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. The existence of information network disruption has caused delays in the correspondence process, many employees have not been able to use the application properly, there has been no report on the delivery statistics. Employees also do not get system usage training and there is no manual book using the system to make employees still many who are confused and become obstacles for users. Of these problems resulted in the service being disrupted. E-office is also still in the development process, so an evaluation of the level of utilization of user confidence is needed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the E-Office in the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Purbalingga using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). With the TAM method, and linear regression analysis with 34 respondents. The results of this study are all variables from the TAM method that are tested with the results of the significance value (<0.05) so that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted which means that all variables have positive significance.
