Due to the limited reach of the marketing of goods and less efisiennya promotion system to the public cause cannot achieve maximum turnover from the store. Store owner zahra had difficulty in expanding market segmentation. Required an online sales system-based e-commerce can make in marketing and selling the product. The purpose of this research is to design and create a website e-commerce as a marketing medium and selling products over the internet and to help Az-Zahra in increasing sales both inside and outside the city. Data collection methods used in this research is the observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. System development method that is used in the making of this application is the SDLC (System Development Live Cycle) with the Waterfall Model which is connected with fitur chat api whatsapp. Based on the results of this research are expected to help stores zahra in increasing turnover and manage online sales, marketing of its products and provide convenience for companies in supporting the achievement of system efficiency and effectiveness.
